Even if you are not a big fan of peppers, because I'm not, I find that the roasted peppers taste totally different that fresh peppers. I've worked just shy of 30hrs at the Imperial over the past three days.  I am pretty exhausted... I really like to push myself hard because I know I am not as strong as the guys, therefore try to make up for it in effort and work ethic.  It was good times...
